Preschool Payment Options

1. Pay in full.
2. Semi-annual payments are due in August and January.
3. 10-month payment plan begins in August and continues through May.

Tuition is considered late five days after the selected due date. A $20 late fee will be automatically applied on the 6th day. If tuition and lunch accounts are not kept current, all FACTS access will be blocked.

Preschool Withdrawal policy

A one-month notice is required if you need to withdraw your child. You must inform the Director of Preschool by email at preschool@silverdaleba.org. If less than a month's notice is given you will be required to pay full tuition for an additional month. Please note carefully the following withdrawal charges:

• Beginning December 1st, there is a withdrawal fee of $100 per student for notification of withdrawal in the months of December through March. After March 31st, there is a withdrawal fee of $100 per student plus 50% of the total remaining tuition.

Any default of payment not settled within 30 days may result in dismissal of your child from preschool. Any accounts not paid in full could hinder your child's enrollment for subsequent years, whether in the preschool or the Academy.

• Moving/Relocation 50+ miles away from Silverdale Baptist Academy.
• Educational needs for the student that can no longer be met at Silverdale Baptist Academy as determined by Administration.

K-12 ACADEMY

K-12 Payment Options

1. Pay in full by May 15th to receive an early payment discount of $200 per student.
2. Semi-annual payments are due in August and January.
3. 12-month payment plan begins in June and continues through May.
4. 10-month payment plan begins in August and continues through May.

K-12 Withdrawal Policy

SBA families who break the contract by withdrawing their students after February 15th will be contractually obligated to pay half of the following year’s tuition. By this date, SBA administration has effectively planned for staffing and curriculum for the following academic year.

If your child(ren) will NOT be attending Silverdale Baptist Academy next year, you must complete a Withdrawal Form with your specific school’s principal BEFORE FEBRUARY 15th.

What if God has other plans for my family, are there unique exemptions to this policy?

We have built flexibility into the Continuous Enrollment contract. The following unique circumstances, for families withdrawing after February 15th, will be considered for exemption of the 50% tuition penalty:

• Moving/Relocation 50+ miles away from Silverdale Baptist Academy.
• Educational needs for the student that can no longer be met at Silverdale Baptist Academy as determined by Administration.
